Putting the social back into Socialism. Our chapter has many lapsed members. That means lots of people once signed up for DSA and for whatever reason are no longer contributing dues. DSA is entirely funded by member dues, if we wanna do cool stuff we need as many members contributing as possible. The electoral working group is meeting to determine what campaigns and strategies we will pursue in 2025. We will survey potential elections, policy issues being considered at the municipal and county levels, and pursuing ranked choice voting.
