Celebration of Rent Control in Mountain View

In 2016, voters in Mountain View passed the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act, Measure V. This amendment to the city charter helped protect the 60% of Mountain Viewers who rent their homes by passing rent control and creating the Rental Housing Committee to protect tenants.
