Electoral Working Group Meeting

Socialist electoral work has had a big boost with the victory of Zohran Mamdani in the NYC mayoral primary! Comrade Zohran was the keynote speaker at our National Convention in 2023 and now is poised to govern the largest city in the US. His victory came through hard work of working class people like us, and we will have to build up our capabilities here if we want to achieve something similar!
The Electoral working group will have a meeting on Wednesday July 2 at 6:30 on Zoom. We will debrief from our very successful Brew & Chew ranked choice voting event, have a discussion about past efforts from the group, and lay out expectations for co-chairs. The meeting is open to all. Come join if you want to build socialist power and ensure more democratic elections locally by advocating for adoption of ranked choice voting!
