South Bay Labor Council movie screening, “American Agitators.”

The Labor WG of Silicon Valley DSA invites all labor-interested folks to join us in attending the screening of “American Agitators,” which won the Best Documentary award at Cinequest in San Jose this year! In the words of one review, it “chronicles the life and teachings of Fred Ross, Sr., who understood that inequality leads to injustice. Inspiring a new generation of activists to organize for systemic change, the film shows how collective action can combat racism, bigotry, and greed.”

And stay tuned for a later screening, by the Labor Working Group, of “Union,” the documentary of the fight for the Amazon Labor Union. That will happen late in September, or early October.
