September Bylaws Committee Meeting

The Bylaws Committee is continuing our deliberate overhaul of the structure of SV-DSA in response to the Democracy Commission reforms passed by the 2025 National Convention. We meet monthly on the second Tuesday of each month to discuss our draft amendments and plan for how to introduce them to membership. Come join if you want to get involved in the nitty-gritty of helping refine and improve our democratic structure and operations!
We will be meeting on Zoom from 8-9 PM on Tuesday September 8. At the meeting, we will finalize preparations for the multiple bylaws amendments we are introducing to membership at the September Chapter Meeting. We will also discuss the remaining tasks of the Committee and prepare to close out our structural overhaul efforts.
