Socialist Night School: Socialism Around the World 🌍

Join Silicon Valley DSA’s Political Education Working Group Co-chair Greg R. as he takes us on a tour of Socialism Around the World. From “Socialism with Chinese characteristics” in China, to the Communist Party of Cuba, to the Zapatistas of Mexico, we’ll explore how the path to and implementation of socialism varies depending on the economic, social, and historical context of the different places it functions within.

This is the public facing education event hosted on the 4th Wednesday of each month by the political education working group. Topics will be announced monthly and resources will be published online as well as through our newsletter. These meetings are a great way to learn the why behind the work we do.
