Labor Working Group Meeting

“Today is only the beginning”–that’s Zohran Mamdani’s message, post election. An even more important message, perhaps: now is our time! Our time means not what we have, or even what we have already achieved. It is what we do now! Now is the time to roll up our sleeves and get to work.
We are building labor power, and we are building our connections to labor in the South Bay. Please join us as we support the on-going strike wave of Starbucks baristas; join us as we support local teachers’ associations, and domestic workers, and others, struggling for dignity and a fair contract; join us as we push ourselves and our chapter into workplace organizing; and join us as we build a union caucus within Silicon Valley DSA, and strengthen our presence in the South Bay Labor Coalition.
Please join us–even if for the first time!–as we meet on zoom Tuesday, November 18th, at 6:30-7:30 pm. There is a lot of work to do, and everyone can help. The link to join:
