Socialist Night School: Marxism Feminism 🌹

Join Silicon Valley DSA’s Political Education Working Group Co-chair KateMarie at the Peace and Justice Center for a Marxist Feminist Night School. We will begin with bell hook’s analysis of intersecting oppressions, the politics of domination, and how capitalism weaponizes it. We will then turn to Federico’s Caliban and the Witch and discuss how primitive accumulation forged a new sexual division of labor, devalued reproductive work, and weaponized misogyny to enclose women’s bodies.
