Join SV DSA and SEIU 521 for a screening of perennial classic “On The Waterfront” starring Marlon Brando and directed by Elia Kazan. A controversial film, heralded for Brando’s historic performance, but referred to by Orson Welles as “A celebration of the informant” as it came out two years after Kazan, under oath, named 8 members of the American Communist Party, of which he had once been a member.
