DESCRIPTION:Last month we opened ballots for our Brew & Chew Ranked Choice Voting social event at Strike Brewing in San Jose. We will be closing ballots and announcing the winners at Strike on Friday\, July 25! Come join us to socialize with comrades\, hear the election results\, and spread the word about ranked choice voting in our community. Ballots remain open until this final event\, so be sure to head to Strike Brewing and bring your friends in the interim to get higher turnout. There is also a ‘ballot box’ at Strike where you can share reasons why you support ranked choice voting. When we announce the winners\, we will randomly choose one of the contributors and they will be awarded a $100 gift card. We will be moving soil\, planting plants\, garden maintenance\, and finishing the drip irrigation! Be sure to bring gloves\, a hat\, earplugs\, sunglasses\, and sunscreen! If you have tools like a shovel\, they will be needed! \nLocation Details\nSan Jose Peace & Justice Center Parking Lot\n48 S. 7th Street\nSan Jose CA 95112 \nParking \nThere is street parking and parking garages close by on 4th street.
