DESCRIPTION:If you want to build labor power\, worker power\, this is a meeting for you. \nThe Labor WG is committed to building power in numerous ways\, but we need willing hands to make it happen. \nWe have already begun building support for the Starbucks Workers United. We are starting an EWOC–an Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee–to be part of the national (and even international) unionization effort–it’s JUST starting\, so you can take part in the founding. We are interested in organizing tech workers\, as well as more gig-oriented situations\, like Starbucks and rideshare drivers.
