DESCRIPTION:Let’s use the energies of the Labor Day weekend to grow SV DSA’s presence and strength in labor movements in the South Bay! \nMuch to report on\, and to plan: supporting up-coming organizing efforts and strike planning. Specifically\, stepping up to volunteer as Solidarity Captains for the Starbucks workers fight\, and for tech worker organizing; creating liaisons with EWOC\, the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee; creating a sub-group to organize current DSA union members to work in a variety of ways to strengthen our power. \nAnd a movie night (following up on “American Agitators”) to plan and begin outreach for.
