Mutual Aid Fundraiser: Meditation + Progressive Muscle Relaxation!

Now that you’ve learned about meditation and progressive muscle relaxation, this session is a teach-back session to go more in depth to check to make sure you are able to practice these tools at home, after the lessons are done. 

Feel free to join for any or all of the 6 sessions, which are part of a series of Zoom fundraisers for COVID-19 Mutual Aid. The classes are free with an optional pay-as-you-can donation to fund projects like: distributing masks and hand sanitizer weekly, supplying food and PPE to Gilroy farmworkers, and supplying menstrual supplies to unhoused women. (Note: while the class is free, we’ll hope that you enjoy it so much that you donate here. Suggested donation amount: between $10 – $25.)
