Music Making for Mutual Aid:
Have you ever wanted to write or record music? Join our Music Making Class to learn how to use a digital audio workstation and basic elements of theory, writing, and arrangement. We will be using “BandLab,” a free web-based app. All levels of experience are welcome!
Feel free to join for any or all of the 4 sessions, which are part of a series of Zoom fundraisers for COVID-19 Mutual Aid. The classes are free with an optional pay-as-you-can donation to fund projects like: distributing KN95 masks during fire season, supplying food and PPE to Gilroy farmworkers, and supplying menstrual supplies to unhoused women. (Note: while the class is free, we’ll hope that you enjoy it so much that you donate here. Suggested donation amount: between $10 – $25.)
This class is a four-part series. There are detailed notes available for the previous classes when you join the class; drop in on any class individually or visit all four!

Saturday, October 31: rhythm
