Pilates for Mutual Aid Fundraiser

Need a stretch break AND want to help us raise money for our COVID-19 relief fund? Join us from 11:00am to 11:45am for a free beginners-friendly Pilates class. (Note: while the class is free, we’ll hope that you enjoy it so much that you donate here. Suggested donation amount: between $10 – $25.)

You’ll get a workout via Zoom with your fellow comrades, and you’ll help support projects like: donating food and PPE to Gilroy farmworkers, donating menstrual supplies to unhoused women, and donating PPE to health care workers serving indigenous populations.

Interested in getting more involved in this type of work? Good news! Following the class, from 11:45am to 12:30pm, we’ll be going over our current projects and planning our next ones. Just stay on the line following the workout to get plugged in!

About the instructor: With over twelve years of experience as a Pilates instructor, Cyndi is committed to helping keep her clients fit and healthy. She has over 32 years of experience as a group exercise leader and is certified by top fitness institutes. Cyndi loves her family, her two Siberian Huskies, and helping those in emotional pain.
