2020 Convention Resources
Welcome to our SV DSA call-in chapter convention! Thanks for your understanding as we try a new format for our chapter meeting in response to current health conditions.
Spring convention will include exciting plans from our working groups and a chance to chat about where to take our chapter this year. We will also elect our next chapter committee!
As a first step, please sign in to the meeting here: sv-dsa.org/2020-convention-sign-in. If you’re new, we’ll email you an invite to our internal message system (Slack). If you’re an SV DSA member, we will email you an online ballot for our officer elections.
Our agenda can be found at sv-dsa.org/2020-convention-agenda.
Zoom Call-in Info
To call in, download the Zoom app for your computer or mobile device and visit https://zoom.us/j/163327986 when the call starts. If you’re not able to sign in to the call or have another technical issue, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are in the call and experiencing a technical issue, please use the chat window to ask for help and we will help you as best we can.
If the call itself drops for any reason, please use the same call-in information above to re-join the call.
You can find the calendar event here: sv-dsa.org/2020-convention/

Self-nominations for positions on the Chapter Committee are still open through the end of the meeting, and we encourage you to consider running! The nomination form can be found here: sv-dsa.org/officer-self-nomination
Our officer elections will be held electronically, with ballots distributed to members who RSVP, call in, or who have requested one via the absentee ballot form.
